Message Title: What Your Faith Can Do!!
Scriptures:  Mark 16:17; Mark 11:23; Romans 10:17
 

We’ve talking about what our faith can do for us. We read about all the miracles written in the Bible and then we pray and nothing happens. One of the reason’s this happens is we think that our faith follows miracles when really the miracles follow our faith. 

 Mr 16:17 And these signs shall follow them that believe....

 Mr 11:23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

Ro 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

The word “hear” means to understand and to apply. Let’s reread the scripture like this,

So, then faith comes by (understanding and by understanding and applying) the word of God.

In order to increase your faith, you must first increase your understanding of the word of God therefore when you are praying for a miracle you have the faith to attain it.

 Hebrews 11:1 ¶ Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Philippians 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Acts 27:9 Now when much time was spent, and when sailing was now dangerous, because the fast was now already past, Paul admonished them,
 10 And said unto them, Sirs, I perceive that this voyage will be with hurt and much damage, not only of the lading and ship, but also of our lives.
Acts 27:21 ¶ But after long abstinence Paul stood forth in the midst of them, and said, Sirs, ye should have hearkened unto me, and not have loosed from Crete, and to have gained this harm and loss.
 22 And now I exhort you to be of good cheer: for there shall be no loss of any man's life among you, but of the ship.
Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
